Will it work with iPhone and Android?

Modern iPhones and Android phones generally support NFC. The QR code is also included as a simple alternative for customers who prefer scanning.

Is the card branded to my business?

The cards use our standard professional design, which keeps them affordable and quick to ship. The NFC chip and QR code are programmed to your own review page. If you want your own logo and colours, ask us for a quote.

Do I need an app or monthly subscription?

No. There is no monthly subscription for the card itself. It simply points customers to your existing Google review page.

Can I use it in my van or at customer homes?

Yes. The cards are suitable for counters, reception areas, vans, toolboxes and anywhere you naturally ask a customer for feedback.

Can I ask customers for a five-star review?

We recommend asking customers for an honest review rather than requesting a particular rating. The purpose of the card is to make genuine feedback easier to leave.

How long does it take to get my cards?

Cards are programmed and posted within 3 working days of your order. Local Bangor orders can often be dropped in by hand.

What happens to the data when someone scans a card?

Each scan is logged (time, IP address and device type) so we can tell you how many times your card has been used, then the customer is sent straight to your review page. We never use this to identify who left a review. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can it link to TripAdvisor or Facebook?

Yes, free of charge. Google is the default, but tell us when you order and we will point your cards to TripAdvisor, Facebook or Booking.com instead.

Can I see how many times it's been used?

Yes. Every card has its own tracking link. Message us any time and we will send you the scan count, per card if you have one for each member of staff.

Can I change where the card points later?

Yes. The card points to our tracking link, so if your review page changes we can update it without replacing the card.
